Vist OF BODW in hong kong

11 december I visited the BODW; business of design week in Hong Kong. A fair where several product design firms showed their competences in their booths. My goal was to visit the fair to check it it could be interesting for our company to rent a booth.


Also there where 3 large Pavilions, the Dutch, the Israeli and the Barca pavillion, to promote ther designs.


In another hall there was an inspiration room and where several universities where represented;

The inspiration room was not that attractive at all, with some design price winners from Japan, china etc: for me a little inspiration: But as an old Audi driver, the Audi booth with a red racing R8 made my day!


Interesting was too see the real Olympic torch: the symbol that created some disturbances in France during it travel to Beijing; The design is quite nice; old Chinese graphics combined in a modern shaped torch! Furthermore a black stylish vacuum-cleaner. Finally a cleaner that looks different and seems more suitable for men!
